Spend a Day in Paros from Syros

Exploring Paros from Syros is an unforgettable experience, filled with discoveries and simple pleasures. We recommend you to choose the morning Blue Star ferry, called Artemis, it allows you to arrive in Parikia, the capital of the island, in about an hour. And, very early.

Morning in Parikia

Once you arrive in Paros, start your day with a coffee in the old town of Parikia. Stroll through the picturesque alleys and soak up the authentic atmosphere of the Cyclades. Many small cafes offer you a stunning view of the whitewashed houses and colorful bougainvillea.

Discovering Lefkes

Next, take the local bus to Lefkes – you can also stop at Kostos which is adorable – a traditional village nestled in the hills. Wander through this charming village, admire the marble houses, and visit the Agia Triada church. It’s the perfect starting point for an unforgettable hike.

Hiking on the Byzantine Path

From Lefkes, embark on the Byzantine path, a historic paved trail that will lead you through breathtaking landscapes to Piso Livadi. Once in Piso Livadi, refresh yourself with a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

Lunch in Logaras

After your swim, continue to Logaras for a delicious lunch at Fisilanis restaurant, located by the water. Enjoy traditional Greek dishes while taking in the sea view.

Return to Parikia

In the afternoon, return to Parikia by bus. Before taking the ferry back to Syros, make a stop at Jolly Rodgers Pub for a good beer.

This friendly pub is the perfect place to end your day before heading back to Syros, enriched with a memorable experience in Paros.
